I originally purchased the property from Integrity Real Estate back in 2015. It was obvious then that I would use the Agency again when it came time for me to sell. I actually intended to put the house on the market a few months previously but got cold feet. William was very understanding and let me come back to him when I thought the time was right. That time came about again in January 2024. William had a number of discussions with me about the approach for the sale and also what would be a reasonable sale price. I was reliant on William's knowledge of the market in the area. After advertising, there were a number of inspections, almost immediately. I wasn't certain how quickly the house may sell due to its rural location. After an initial inspection by appointment only period William ran a couple of open houses after which the interest really heated up to the point where there were a number of offers put to me at the same time. The house sold in just a few weeks. William was always willing to have a conversation with me if I was feeling a little uncertain, but I needn't have been concerned. I am now in the settlement period. Thank you, William.

From our first meeting with Will, we knew he was the man to sell our house. He was exceptionally professional, likeable, and knowledgeable. He gave appropriate and accurate advice through the whole process, set realistic expectations and constantly updated us and kept communication open. We never felt like we needed to check in, he always kept us in the loop. I believe he also carried on this professionalism to the potential buyers, which quickly built trust and interest. Ultimately we sold our property for the price we were hoping for, before it even went on the market. We believe this wouldn’t have happened with any other agent, as Will’s exceptional knowledge of the area, and connections within the community made this sale happen. Thanks again!

I can highly recommend William and the Integrity team for any real estate adventure you're considering embarking on. Their professionalism, experience, and understanding made our sale a dream reality. William's knowledge and understanding of our situation helped immensely in getting the property ready for sale. Brooke's staging and photography showed off the property amazingly, and Rob was able to seal the deal. A true family business with empathy and attention to every detail, you definitely want this team in your corner.
