I purchased a property from JAS as an investment, so we are now renting out that property. I was lucky enough to deal with both sides of the team from the Sales team (Rod) and the Rental team (Damian and Nathan). My experience has been nothing less than top notch. The communication from all 3 Jas Stephens consultants that I dealt with was always excellent. I felt like they were always open to communicate on a regular basis or when needed. They were all extremely friendly and extremely helpful. Willing to help me and my husband with all the questions we had and concerns. Damien and Sarah communicated with me the whole time and were very happy to answer any questions that I had. As a first time landlord, I didn't know what to expect or how it worked so was happy with the support they provided. Their suggestions and changes they advised I needed to make to my house meant that the house was presented in the best possible light. The photographer they hired took excellent photos.
