Sigrid was excellent in keeping us in the loop with the process of leasing our property. She communicated and consulted with us every step of the way. A true professional with great knowledge of the rental market. We look forward to continuing to work with her.

I would like to thank Tate Moore, Alex Boyce and Nathan Budge-Welsh at Jas Stephens for their professionalism and enormous help with my property. At first, I reached out to Tate for help with the tricky situation with our property that we wanted to sale. He was very patient and responsive, always there to answer my endless questions and address my concerns. Due to our circumstances changed, we had to lease out our property instead. Nonetheless, he supported us throughout the transition from sale to leasing, provided us with genuine and practical advice and options that suited us best. Once we decided to go down the path of leasing, Alex Boyce and Nathan Budge-Welsh from the Leasing team have been very efficient and proactive in the whole process, with great communication to keep me well informed in every step of the process, they always took time to answer all my questions, yet never any pressure for me to make my decision. I also wanted to add that there were other staff in their team that stepped in to help us throughout the whole process to accommodate my schedule and need. Their great teamwork has made this whole process very seamless and efficient. Overall they’ve gone above and beyond my expectation, took away a lot of my stress and put me into ease. I can’t recommend enough of them. Looking forward to more positive experience to come.

Stephanie Knight is our gold star property manager…. But is this the very best term we can apply to a superior, senior practitioner, delivering expert, on point, specialist advice and set of actions when it comes to managing a property? I suggest not! Case in point – our last tenant left without communicating any intention to end their lease and yet, within 2 days, we had a new tenant- one of 22 applicants – all of whom were high if not solid standard tenants. Stephanie did all of that. For her to wade through applications, summarise them all using great quality measures so that we could quickly choose - and do it so quickly - well that takes quality professional insight amd skills. So should you be looking for a great ‘property manager’ - I sigg st Stephanie at Jas Stephens :)
