At first, I reached out to Tate for help with the tricky situation with our property that we wanted to sale. He was very patient and responsive, always there to answer my endless questions and address my concerns. Due to our circumstances changed, we had to lease out our property instead. Nonetheless, he supported us throughout the transition from sale to leasing, provided us with genuine and practical advice and options that suited us best. But is this the very best term we can apply to a superior, senior practitioner, delivering expert, on point, specialist advice and set of actions when it comes to managing a property? I suggest not! Case in point – our last tenant left without communicating any intention to end their lease and yet, within 2 days, we had a new tenant- one of 22 applicants – all of whom were high if not solid standard tenants.
