Christine did a great organising rental ads, inspections, giving advice and updates. Very professional, friendly and approachable. Great to deal with. Mother Nature did put a damper on one of the inspections with bad rainy weather, but overall everything went well. Our rental has new tenants thanks to Christine and the team at JAS Stephens.

She coordinated exit inspection, painting, new carpet, photos, advertising and re-leasing in record time, resulting in a turnaround of under three weeks.
