He’s honest (won’t fluff around), demonstrated great market knowledge and always had a plan/strategy, even when we had to pivot a few times. He was warm and professional to deal with - promptly sending texts / email updates, and kept me across any movements. I didn’t need to chase him; he was reliable and he’d reach out when there were decisions to make. When things got challenging, he sought out opportunities to reposition the property without me needing to suggest anything.
