It has been a very pleasant experience to have Rod to represent me in selling my apartment. I am impressed by his passion, friendly approach and excellent negotiation skills. The market isn’t the best but Rod has done a great job to actively find interested buyers and follow through. My apartment was sold in a pretty reasonable time and at my anticipated price.
