Professional in responding to questions with relevant knowledge of the properties and also athe surrounding facilities and community. It also made the process much more efficient with Jade's bright personality that left me at ease while still remaining professional. As I was concerned that the first property may not suit me and Jade suggested another property outside my specifications that suited me and that I loved and bought. Obviously Jade can read a possible purchaser.
