We invited five local agents to provide us with an appraisal of our property and to outline why we should select them to sell our house. It would be fair to say that all the agents were very knowledgeable of the local area and the property market and presented relatively similar campaign outlines. Stephen, however, brought a genuine nature and warm personality. We knew that he would be appeal to potential buyers with his relaxed and 'non pushy' attitude.
