Patrick was excellent to deal with throughout the whole process of buying. He is clearly an experienced agent and knows what he's doing but we found him generous and open in his communication. He was patient at the times that we hadn't made a decision yet, and clear and honest to negotiate with. We never felt pressured or mislead which is something you can't always say about real estate agents. For those reasons I'd put Patrick in the very top rankings.
