Taylor's communication stood out. He called directly after every inspection to provide detail on his interactions with each potential buyer, as well as several times through the week to let me know how that interest was unfolding, and to reconfirm our strategy was still sound and aligned. He always made time to have these conversations which I found particularly helpful. Given the interest we had developed over the campaign, he advised on what he thought was the best strategy to pursue, which in the end resulted in a sale price that we felt was fair and we were very happy with. He also assisted with all the preparation to sell the house which was fantastic.

Tate really went above and beyond with us. Our negotiations were complicated by multiple changes to the CoS while I was travelling internationally.
