Purchasing the house through George, he made ease of business a priority as he opened the house mid week when my partner and I were available and answered any emails or requests very promptly. Which goes a long way to selling the property as there were a another couple properties we were considering, but his quick response pushed the sale as long which took away the slower response of the opposition properties. He even assisted us with a couple requests after the sale was finalised which we appreciated immensely.

We were referred to Branko Lemaic at Jas H Stephens Real Estate by a vendor's advocate who helped us to buy a house for my elderly mother to move into ... meaning we then had to sell Mum's home of 58 years. Branko was recommended as caring but straight-talking, not one to exaggerate prospects for the sake of getting someone's business. Branko and his capable team turned out to be all of this and more. Selling Mum's home was a delicate process, involving preparing the house and then having many strangers come into it. I managed the process on my Mum's behalf, but needed to be interstate for work while the house was on the market. By that time though, Mum had full confidence in Branko, his assistant Michael Danby, and so did I. They took the time to do little things she needed along the way and it meant that she was comfortable with what could otherwise have been a very stressful process. Branko and Michael updated me after every open day and even though I was away, I knew how it was all progressing. The support from their Head Office meant that all the administrative details were handled smoothly, and we felt it was all under control. There were a number of times when we relied on Branko's experience in the industry, and each time his judgement proved sound. Until now, I did not know that working with real estate agents could be such a positive experience - I only wish we had another place to sell so we would still be involved with Branko and the team. Mum will miss the cuppa with Michael! We wish them every success.

I found Marina to have exceptional people skills. Friendly, communicative, genuine, respectful, knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, available. Marina has the knack of making you feel as if you are her only client and that she is totally focused on you and your property. Her suggestions to making my property marketable obviously came from a background of knowledge and past successes because they resulted in a sale price above expectation for me. I can't ask for more than that! My son, who attended the auction and walked through the property, said it looked "fantastic".
