Taylor put up with a lot from me as a buyer and dealt with it all with good humour. He took a brief holiday during the process but went out of his way to ensure that questions were still answered in a timely and professional manner. On the auction day Taylor had a small army of Jas Stephens staff alongside him to ensure that everyone was taken care of. He was easy to deal with and treated me as an equal in the negotiation.

Taylor is an outstanding agent - from initial engagement with us, some 6 months before we listed, we were impressed by his approach, his patience (we are novices, this was the first property we have ever sold), his ability to read our requirements and that of our buyers and the market. Despite his age and relative experience, Taylor is very well rounded agent backed by a great agency, he superbly navigated his way through a myriad of active bidders into a complex and busy boardroom auction process and achieved a fantastic result for us and the buyer all the while being about to facilitate our buyer's and our own specific requirements with settlement periods, open house timing and final inspection. Taylor was absolutely amazing to deal with. There were countless occasions when Taylor went out of his way to assist with our family home - from arranging and facilitating a garage sale, to project managing painters, landscapers and stylists, we couldn’t have been more pleased with with his efforts in the preparation of our house. The campaign itself was flawless. Taylor’s level of communication to us was outstanding, through his constant updates, detailed reporting and frequent face to face meetings. The auction day ran perfectly. He arranged multiple Jas Stephens staff members for support and the free coffee was a nice touch. Finally, the auction itself was great. Not only was Taylor very entertaining during the auction, we were very confident that he extracted every last bid that the buyers had left.
