I have been with JAS Stephens since 2002, in fact I bought the house through them. After having to move overseas due to work, they became the letting agents for the property. So when the decision came to sell then of course I went to JAS. Branko has been my contact and sales agent for the cottage. This was our first time selling a house. We interviewed several real estate agents but Marina stood out because she spoke to us with such intelligence and knowledge. She also took the time to understand our needs and to demonstrate that she truly cared about us and what we hoped to achieve. She had none of the stereotypical real estate salesman traits that we had been warned about. She was just genuine. This was our experience with Marina throughout the whole process. There was never any sign that she was anything else other than genuine. To add to this, Marina was extremely efficient, thorough and communicative. I'm pretty sure I received a text or email from her every day of our campaign. Sometimes even just to check up on how we were feeling.
