Having purchased a property at auction with Branko (2/7 Station Place Sunshine), I immediately decided to have him sell our previous property and it was a decision we did not regret. I was also very impressed with his 2IC Danielle Fordham with whom coincidentally we had purchased the previous property before she moved to Branko’s office. Branko is a down to earth, hard working and no bullshit kind of guy and I would recommend him above most of the many agents I have dealt with as a solicitor and the handful we have dealt with in relation to our own properties. Jas Stephens are an excellent office to deal with and kept us fully informed and comfortable through a stressful process. I hope BL and DF do very well in future. Thanks guys!

Nothing was too much trouble, he seemed genuinely invested in getting us a good result, he was calm and he never promised something he couldn't deliver. I was a novice trying to buy my first home, so I was quite clueless when it came to the ins and outs of auctions and negotiating prices and extremely anxious when committing to the purchase. Tate came highly recommended, and we were not disappointed. From the moment we met with Tate we knew this was the right agent to sell my mothers' property. My mother wanted to sell her house for a good price, with someone she trusted and that would take the stress out of this massive life event. Tate kept in regular communication with us and we always felt we could contact him with questions. He presented the house beautiful and ensured that the advertising material was first rate. After every open for inspection he contacted us with the number of potential buyers who had viewed the house, any return visitors, and any feedback from these buyers. He continued to reflect upon this information in regards to the strategy moving forward. When the auction arrived there were lots of potential buyers there.
