I recently sold my house through Tate Moore and his team at Jas Stephens. I wish everyone I dealt with was as efficient, communicative, good at walking me through an unfamiliar process as Tate and co. They made the whole stressful process of selling a house transparent and stress free. I felt in control of all decision making but was offered excellent advice at every request. The team know their market and their clients and, regardless of the value of the property, give it their all. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and certainly wouldn't hesitate to sell or buy through them again in the future. I have no doubt that the excellent result I achieved for my property was due to their experience and expertise. I also need to commend Tate's updates through the process - he took all the worry out of it for me, for which I will always be grateful.

Tate achieved an excellent result for us in the recent sale of our property. We originally bought through Tate and he was our only choice when it came time to sell. After moving interstate and renting our home out, Tate kept us up to date on the local market and provided honest advice on options when we decided to sell. He sourced and coordinated all the professionals in preparing for sale and sensitively negotiated access to the property before the tenants moved out. His communication throughout the process of preparing the property for sale and the campaign was fantastic. I highly recommend Tate as an honest and professional agent in the inner west.

I have recently sold my long-term investment property using Tate Moore and found him to be highly competent and professional. Tate and his team had lots to offer in terms of understanding potential buyers, their drivers, and his local market knowledge was excellent. Everything was managed extremely well, from sourcing and coordinating tradesmen prior to listing, liaising with the tenants still occupying the property, and then of course understanding the buyers bidding for my property. I was happy with the final price and outcome and felt it was a very well run sales campaign. Mine was not an overly expensive property but it seemed to me that Branko paid as much attention as if it were a pricey mansion! He kept me in the loop with buyers, offers, inspections. He got things fixed that needing fixing. He made time to understand what I was expecting. We bought our family home from Jas Stephens over 25 years ago...their reputation has grown in that time and they have a fabulous team of professionals. I recommend Branko to anyone selling or buying in the area and would absolutely ask him to sell for me again.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending John Galea from JAS Stephens to anyone selling their property. John worked very hard to achieve a fantastic result for our property. He clearly laid out a sales strategy and kept us up to date along the way. The level of transparency was beyond what we expected, John provided reports of all communications with potential buyers meaning we had an up to date assessment of interest in our property at all times. I've heard John described as "the hardest working agent in the west" and my husband and I definitely agree with that after seeing the amount of work he put in. He provided valuable advice along the way and was a pleasure to deal with at all times.
