Tate's experience and knowledge in the West are incomparable. We found Tate extremely personable, friendly and honest. Throughout the whole process, Tate gave us excellent service, advice and reassurance. We couldn't recommend him any higher.

I have known Branko and spoken to him a few times over the past 10 years. He had always been very patient, knowledgeable and polite. When we spoke to him about selling our flat he was again very helpful, knowledgeable and honest about how to achieve the best price. We took his advise and the results went beyond our expectations. A great agent - and a nice person as well!!

Tate took on our 'renovators delight' in Yarraville, after we had already purchased another property. It was a difficult sell, strange floorplan, within a timeframe. After a very stressful auction - he managed to sell our house for a great price - within the timeframe of our new home settling. I honestly do not know how he did it. He was so straight forward, honest and easy to deal with. Nothing like all the other agents I had met who talked a lot of ****

This was our second dealing with John Galea. First one being when we purchased our home in Yarraville in 2011 where he was the realtor. Our experience with him at the time was extremely positive so when we decided to put the property on the market this year we called upon him to sell it for us. Whilst a sale at auction was unsuccessful, John worked endlessly to engage with prospective buyers and managed to sell the property 3 days later at a price we were really happy with. We highly recommend John for his reliability and professionalism.

Branko has shown a high level of professionalism often not found in real estate. His knowledge of the local market is unprecedented. He works hard to make sure the job gets done and his honest, no frills approach makes the process a joy to deal with. Having dealt with many agents in the area, Branko is without doubt the only real estate agent worth dealing with. Stevan Banjanin

Marina recently helped us auction our home and absolutely went the extra mile. Marina was in constant communication, had great knowledge of the market, was able to recommend professional people to assist with tasks such as cleaning/maintenance/styling and even helped us with a few small jobs herself in order to get the house ready for auction! I highly recommend Marina to anyone looking to sell their home as she made the experience extremely positive and stress free.

George is very professional. We called George on a public holiday enquiring about this property. He is very friendly and accommodating and scheduled an inspection on the next day. As one of the family member is not familiar with the area, George drove us around and shared his knowledge on Footscray & Footscray West. We appreciate his flexibility as we requested for a second inspection to be scheduled after working hours and George quickly arranged one for us and answered all questions we had regarding the property. Overall George is experienced and knowledgable - he is someone we would highly recommend to any buyer.

We met John at several properties during our search, and we always found him to be helpful, personable and upfront with us. He was easy to get in touch with on the phone and always happy to answer questions or provide advice at any stage of the process. He came across as very upfront about potential issues or complexities. He made it clear that he was acting for the vendor, but seemed genuine in the assistance that he offered us. Better than most of the agents we dealt with in our search. Thanks again John, we're really looking forward to moving into our new home!
