Branko and the team at Jas Stephens worked so hard to get a good result for me. Mine was not an overly expensive property but it seemed to me that Branko paid as much attention as if it were a pricey mansion! He kept me in the loop with buyers, offers, inspections. He got things fixed that needing fixing. He made time to understand what I was expecting. We bought our family home from Jas Stephens over 25 years ago...their reputation has grown in that time and they have a fabulous team of professionals. I recommend Branko to anyone selling or buying in the area and would absolutely ask him to sell for me again.

He clearly laid out a sales strategy and kept us up to date along the way. The level of transparency was beyond what we expected, John provided reports of all communications with potential buyers meaning we had an up to date assessment of interest in our property at all times. I've heard John described as "the hardest working agent in the west" and my husband and I definitely agree with that after seeing the amount of work he put in. John Galea is a wise and wonderful agent. His generous advice secured us our new home for a very reasonable price and when it came to the mad rush to sell our own home, it would have been impossible to do without him. John guided us through the maze of solicitors, banks (!), mortgage brokers, decorators and painters so that, unbelievably, we were ready to go on the market right on schedule. His diligence prior to auction was evident in the thorough and utterly honest reports we got on all open houses. He followed up interest and offered evaluations to potential buyers, gave us clear and comprehensive buyer feedback and worked long and late (go home to your family John!!) to ensure we got the best result. We so trusted John that we were comfortable with the auction going ahead with one of us overseas. The auction was a joy to behold with Craig Stephens holding the floor with charisma and the easy authority of years of experience, whilst John supported the whole process with his knowledge of the buyers and property and we were so delighted with the outcome. John made selling our family home a pleasure (nerve-racking as such things are) and we learned so much.
