Whilst I know he was working in the best interests of the vendor in terms of securing a high price I felt that his approach was very honest. The home we bought backs onto a trainline and rather than trying to downplay it he offered us the opportunity to pick any time we liked, including peak hour, to come in and sample the noise for ourselves. I particularly liked this as we were fully informed before buying.
