The planning involving with our sale here was detailed, and then when we found we were not receiving the preferred # of contacts - a few options were discussed and alternate approaches were reviewed. This included hrs, days and website changes. One of these options was also the preparedness to reschedule a chosen Auction Date. When we all thought we had reached the critical point with the sale - Andy quickly was able to change an interest, and also seeking feedback from other potential buyers, to a sale closure.
