He made the process extremely simple and made sure that I did not have much to worry about. He is very approachable and very easy to speak to. We sold two properties using Tate Moore and could not have dreamed for better results from both auctions. Tate delivers on all of his promises. His diligence and tenacious attitude was the sole reason our most recent property sold well above our expectations. Tate introduced the underbidder who had seen the house online but had no intention of inspecting the property. If it wasn't for Tate following up old leads and matching potential buyers from his database with our home the result would have been much different. Tate showed genuine care throughout our campaigns and he clearly communicated all options and scenarios making our experience as stress free as auctioning a home could be.
