We found our experience with Branko Lemaic and Jas H Stephens to be a very positive one. Branko is a very good communicator and we were always up to date on interest in the property. The team in general is very professional, nothing was left to chance. We were very happy with the whole experience and believe we got a very price for our house.

This is my first experience in selling and I can not thank Branko and the team at Jas enough. Branko and Helen always kept me updated on what was going on and coming up during the whole process and were easy to get on to whenever I had questions. No question was too much trouble for these guys and I felt very comfortable in being able to ask all the silly questions I needed to. Would definitely recommend Branko and Jas Stephens to anyone.

Being an interstate vendor my choice of agent was crucial to the outcome of my sale. In selecting Jas Stephens and choosing John Galea in particular , I really hit the jackpot. With continual feedback throughout the campaign and always ensuring I was comfortable with the process, he was exemplary in his handling of me as a vendor and with the property sale. I couldn't be happier with the result and knowing that John always put my interests first was critical in the sale of my home prior to auction. I highly recommend that if you're looking for an agent that will keep you informed, make you feel comfortable and achieve an outstanding result, John Galea and Jas Stephens are the agents for you. Thank you John, you went above and beyond.

George was a diligent and professional person to deal with, and achieved an excellent sale result for us. He did not over promise at any stage, and was realistic about how the campaign was going as it progressed. It is clear that he brings significant local experience to his work. Coupled with his attention to detail and good communication, he does a great job. I recommend considering George if you're selling your house in the inner west.

We could not say enough thanks to John for all his hard work during the sale process of our house. We were beyond impressed with him every step of the way. He went above and beyond (even delivering our spare keys to me when I accidentally locked myself out one day, on a Sunday) but most of all his intimate knowledge of the area, as well as communication throughout the process made it so much easier for us as first time sellers. We would highly recommend John to anyone considering using him as an agent.

Branko was a great agent to deal with throughout our home hunting journey. As a buyer, it's hard to trust the agents you come across - but Branko was one of the few exceptions that maintained integrity, honesty and fairness in his dealings with us. It was refreshing to meet an agent that understood the needs of both the buyer and vendor, and we're over the moon with our new home!

We were impressed with Andy Simpson and Craig Stephens of Jas Stephens the first time we met them and our judgement in selecting them as our Agent proved correct. Andy kept us informed at every stage of the sale and the campaign was carried out in a very professional manner. He made the whole process very easy for us and would have no hesitation in highly recommending Andy and Jas Stephens. Thank once again for your excellent service
