I recently sold my property through Tate Moore and Jas Stephens. From the initial conversation with Tate I knew that the sale of my property was in good hands. Tate was able to talk me through the pro's and con's of my property, its location and the current market conditions. I was surprised with Tate's initial valuation of my property and thought that he was being overly ambitious. But to his credit he delivered. After agreeing with Tate to place my property on the market within two days my property was photographed, floor plans drawn up, marketing material was in circulation and open for inspection times were locked in. Tate and the team at Jas Stephens were very strong communicators throughout the whole process. My work hours are quite demanding and Tate went out of his way to see me and contact me after hours to make sure that I was up to speed and satisfied throughout the sales process. Tate not only told me what his strategy was for selling the property but he talked me through all of the options and explained to me the reasons he had decided on that particular strategy. The property was sold in the timeframe he had suggested, he managed to get a lot of foot traffic through the property and the price that he achieved was slightly above what he had told me to expect. Some other things that I enjoyed about the process was the call from Craig Stephens thanking me for my business and also the flowers sent to me by Tate to help brighten up my rather dark coloured property prior to the inspections. I cannot recommend Tate and Jas Stephens highly enough to take care of the sale of your property. I wish him and his team all the best for the future and thank them for the assistance in selling my property quickly and at a price I never thought imaginable.
