We couldn't be happier with our decision to use Alex to sell our property. He has been professional, diligent, conscientious and a pleasure to deal with. To have someone do what they say they will do (call when expected, send through documents when expected etc), it really does make a difference to your whole overall experience. I came to trust that Alex would do the best he could for us and our property. We were very happy with the end sale price and Alex played a large part in that success.

I had the opportunity to work with Alex as the vendor's representative during the purchase of my new home, and I was thoroughly impressed. Alex was incredibly professional, approachable, and efficient throughout the entire process. He made sure everything was communicated clearly and promptly, which helped make the transaction smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated real estate agent. Thank you for making the experience so positive!

John assisted with the selling of my rental property. From the first interaction with John he was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Within a week of contacting John he arranged with the tenants to view and value the property. Much to my surprise, he received an offer from the tenants shortly after! I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and can’t thank John enough.

Elise managed a highly successful off market campaign for our property that was sensitive to our specific needs. Elise was able to highlight the unique potential of the property including the plans we had developed with an architect for a new build and effectively communicate the potential in those plans and the location. In a short space of time Elise had five groups of engaged potential buyers wanting to view the property. We were receiving competitive offers prior to any inspection. We were able to realise the price we wanted after only one inspection in which Elise coordinated all buyers to attend simultaneously. The process was swift and seamless. Elise communicated clearly, concisely with transparency throughout the campaign and provided excellent advice. Elise is organised, efficient and highly knowledgable. Her experience as a negotiator and her professionalism helped us achieve a fantastic result. Thanks Elise!

We had an exceptional experience selling our family home of 15 years in Kingsville with Elise. She had excellent strategic insights to help us realise a fantastic price well beyond our reserve. Elise saw the character and unique appeal of our home and used this as an advantage in the sales campaign. Her personal warmth is evident to all who meet her and we were very happy to have her represent us. Elise is highly organised; communicates clearly, concisely and transparently which we appreciated given our already busy schedules. Her advice throughout the campaign helped us make the right decisions each step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and I trusted her advice with our queries both big and small. We couldn't be happier with the result. I highly recommend Elise as an selling agent.

Its complex and disconected business world out there at the moment. Customer service is awful and it’s often hard to even get the human touch out of businesses these days. Tate was the opposite of all the negative experiences I’ve had with companies and businesses in the last few years. His warm and knowledgeable way of working was a very pleasant change to many other business experiences I’ve had in recent years.

From the beginning of the sales campaign through to finalizing the sale Rodrigo was at all times professional, genuine, and a great communicator providing regular feedback and updates. If you are looking for a skilled, hard working sales agent who can deliver first class results then I highly recommend Rodrigo and the team at Jas Stephens

Mimma was capable, punctual and professional from start to finish. She made a real effort to check in with us and then went above and beyond when encountered difficulties with the purchase process. I can confidently say that without Mimma we could not have successfully purchased our first home.
