Jade helped us create a complete plan for the campaign and the sale of our property in Yarraville. She is thoroughly knowledgeable of the area and its appeal, knowing how to market to its target demographics. She was always very well prepared for each stage of the campaign and anticipated any pitfalls to guide us to the best possible outcome. We would recommend no other!

Taylor was amazing to work with for the sale of our house. He always kept us up to date with lots of detail and always quick to respond. Taylor also gave us honest feedback and didn’t sugar coat so we always knew how we were tracking. Come auction day he did an amazing job selling our property and keeping it light.

Tate was brilliant from beginning to end. We interviewed a few agents but chose Tate as he was the stand out Yarraville specialist. We moved interstate before the property was on the market but he kept us informed every step of the way. He even swept before each open for us! He did many repeat private inspections on top of all the opens to accommodate the buyers. When it came to the auction, he got us a price that exceeded expectations! Could not recommend Tate highly enough! Amazing!
