Fantastic Job!
Lynn is a caring a thorough agent. She ensured our indoor cats stayed in during open inspections, and was expert at negotating an excellent price for us. Our unit sold in two weeks flat. Very impressed, I would certainly recommend Lynn if you want to sell.

Excellent Agent!!!
This is the third time we have used David Egan as our agent, we have both sold & purchased through David and would not hesitate to use him again. Very Satisfied
I would not hesitate to recommend David to anyone wanting to sell their property. David was knowledgeable about the market, professional in his approach and delivered on everything he promised. We found him to be very understanding of our requirements and worked with us in the timing of open homes and inspections. It was a pleasure dealing with him in a time that could have proven very stressful. He also went over and above by offering advise and assistance on the purchase of our new property via a different agent.

Very pleased
David was recommended to me by an acquaintance and was very pleased with him and also Ray White Croydon from the get go. His knowledge of the area was spot on and the accepted offer on the property was exactly in the range he first advised on the first meeting. I appreciated his transparency and was always contactable, which for me was of the upmost importance.

Would we consult David again?
We have used David twice now to sell properties. We have found him to be completely professional, a straight talker, truthful and on one occasion for us, succeeded where other agents have failed. He even achieved a higher price than we expected on one occasion which demonstrated to us that he really does strive for the seller. We will again engage him to sell a property in the near future, even though his agency on each occasion, has been and will be in another neighbouring suburb. We highly recommend his service.

Very professional with great communication
From my first contact with David I felt confident he was the person that would move the unit we were selling. David and the staff at Ray White Croydon were so helpful I didn't need to follow up with them on anything the experience of selling was a pleasure. Unlike the others
Purchasing our first home was a daunting experience. That is until we met David. The process was simple, and David remained frank and upfront in all of his dealings with us. He was continually available to us, responding to any queries we had and returned calls promptly. For buyers and sellers alike, we could not recommend David more highly, and will certainly be turning to him when we decide to sell or purchase another home.

Very professional Real Estate agent.
David Egan is a very professional real estate agent. We sold two properties through David, he gave us detailed information prior to signing with him including anticipated sale prices, appropriate sale strategies and home presentation for sale. He kept us fully updated throughout process, basically whatever he promised he delivered with excellent communication skills. He impressed me as being honest and ethical which is not what I expected from a real estate agent. I definitely recommend David to anyone selling their home and even those new in the market looking for advice on buying a property.
