Highly recommend Lynn.
After a particularly unpleasant experience selling my own home less than two years ago, through a completely different agency, it was with a great sense of foreboding that I began the process of looking to sell my Mum’s unit. As you were aware, together with my daughter and her partner, I had appointments with quite a few agents before deciding to go with you. Your professional and friendly manner on the day made the choice very easy for us, with the three of us agreeing that you were by far the best. The selling process could not have been made any simpler, and was explained to us fully by you together with a few recommendations as to how to present the unit to its best advantage. It was with great trepidation that I went to your office on 31st July to view the offers, but that was also a very straight forward matter, and sorted out in a very efficient manner by you. All of this was done within a very short time, as it was only on the market for nine days before a sale contract was negotiated and signed. And when the purchaser “cooled off” plan B was put into effect straight away, even though you were on your way to Adelaide. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone as a fantastic estate agent and a person who cares about their clients. I wish you every good fortune in your future career, and may you get everything in life that you choose. Again many thanks for making what was, for me, a very frightening journey, one that was so simple and straight forward.
