It is a given to expect an agent to have expertise and be a leader in all matters of real estate, from area, to housing style to demographic trends and the like. However I wanted more, I wanted and required an agent who was also trustworthy, reliable, genuine and realistic and from our initial meeting through to post auction discussion - Lee and his team provided me with all of this and the utmost care and attention in customer service and client liaison. Finding an agent that you have a genuine and natural rapport with is rare, but in Lee and his team it was a breeze. If I had concerns about any detail, Lee and his team would spend the time to explain their strategy, providing me with every opportunity to further discuss and understand the process. And when you are selling your major asset, this is a critical. I am not sure if Lee can take credit for this one although he did recommend the date, but in the heart of winter, and on election day, we were blessed with a day of sunshine - and he performed wonderfully as auctioneer guaranteeing me an excellent auction result!
