I engaged Simon and Danielle after meeting them when they sold the house next door. Having spoken to them at the time, and watched their performance at that auction, I went back to speak with them when I was ready to sell my house. They remembered meeting me previously and were very open to, and agreeable to my preferred selling option at that time. They were very upfront with regard to likely costs such as commissions, expenses etc. At a subsequent meeting they recommended I consider an auction and after thinking about it, I agreed. Once again they provided me with full details of commisions, costs, etc. We then launched into a very successful campaign with great photos, etc. culminating in several potential bidders and a most pleasing auction result. Simon communicated regularly with me during the campaign and both agents were always able to answer any questions I had along the way. The auction itself highlighted the uniqueness of the property and its general location and nearby amenities. Simon organised a coffee cart for auction day, and a team from The Age/Domain also filmed the auction on live stream. I have since watched this video via Facebook and was able to see the very professional way in which it was conducted. I can highly recommend Simon and Danielle.
