Lee handled the sale of a rental property in Fitzroy North. He advised, among other things, re-painting and a number of maintenance works. While these added considerably to the pre-sales costs we believe that we were more than compensated in the price obtained. As we were overseas Lee arranged for the pre-sales works which were carried out on time and on budget, and while we didn't see the results family and friends indicate they significantly improved the saleability of the property. We were kept appraised of the pre-auction level of interest in the property and the auction day went smoothly. We highly recommend Lee to property owners wishing to sell.
