Justin approached us to sell our home about 6 months after we tried to sell with another agent unsuccessfully- in fact the whole previous campaign was just a total flop! Because we were so disheartened by the previous disinterest we were really worried about trying again. Justin was extremely friendly and not at all pushy and left it with us to think about for a while with friendly check ins every couple of months. We loved the fact that he actually cared about our situation, remembered who we were and bits n pieces about our family, and was not just trying to make a buck. When we were ready to sell again 6 months later, Justin was just amazing! He organised everything with such professionalism and had a very knowledgeable understanding of the current market and recent sales in the area. Most importantly he wasn't at all pushy, was extremely reliable and well organised and you could definately see he is passionate about what he does. Robert Elsom heads up a complete and very professional team of experts. From the first contact, marketing and sales organisation is second to none. Robert and his team present a strong, rapid response group that develop an individual and highly credible campaign. Market development, follow up and feedback were all excellent and not intrusive. Inspection days and times were on time and as long as they needed to be, potential purchasers seemed to be under no illusions as to what they had come to see.
