Sale of house in Kensington
Trevor was incredible to deal with and we would highly recommend working with him. Trevor is extremely thorough and very genuine. We were always at ease as him and his colleague Marcus were available to answer any question and call throughout the campaign and the lockdown period. We felt as though they truly cared about every last detail of the campaign which wood off as the property was sold within 24 hours of the first open for inspection. Impressive assessment and negotiation skills.
Trevor was realistic in his appraisal of the property and easy to work with in seeking the best possible price. He was responsive to our concerns and helpful with worthwhile suggestions on presentation. The Consummate Professional in Real Estate
When Trevor took over our listing in the middle of a pandemic the property had been on the market for over a year. I'd known of Trevor and spoken with him at various times throughout the past 20 years that I've lived in North/West Melbourne, but had never required his services up to this point. It was a difficult time to sell our kind of property, but he delved into the challenge proactively, methodically and diplomatically. There were some hard truths to be told, some compromises to be navigated and some investments to be made in order for us to get the property sold, not to mention it all being part of a divorce settlement that required a deftness that no agent would envy. Within a few months we'd found a couple of potential buyers and managed to get a deal done that, while below initial aspirations, was satisfactory in consideration of the market at the time.
