Simon knew where the market was at. He gave great advice about preparing the property for sale and we followed it to the letter. Well originally we weren’t sure but he made good sense and we decided to do all that we were advised to do because that’s why you pay an agent. Simon worked very hard to sell my one-bedroom apartment in North Fitzroy, dealing with more than 100 inquiries and juggling the difficulty of taking people through one at a time due to COVID restrictions. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone due to his hard work, extensive knowledge of the market and ability to charm people. He is trustworthy and a straight talker. We did not get the price I'd hoped for but that was due to the struggling apartment market - Simon made every imaginable effort to get the best price. I am so glad that I found Simon to sell my investment property in Collingwood. The rental agency that has been leasing my property recommended an agent who vastly underestimated the value of the property (over $300K less than the sale price). He was a one stop shop from builders to stylists and conveyancers. He knew the area well and achieved the price range that he estimated in the uncertainty of COVID-19 in Melbourne. Simon is an excellent communicator and was able to keep me appraised of the situation while I live interstate.
