I enlisted Simon to sell my property based on the extensive potential buyers in both the area and specifically in the street in which the premise was situated. Simon and his team firstly provided invaluable advice on managing the tenants in the property, and then with the sale itself. The auction date coincided with COVID-19 arriving (March 2020) resulting in us having to move to a restricted auction where potential buyers had to register to attend. While we started with numerous bidders at the start of the campaign, there was only one serious bidder on auction day. However, Simon's expertise resulted in us reaching our reserve price which, given the environment, we were extremely happy about.
