Trevor and his colleague Marcus adapted to the new rules in seamless manner. Their communication was excellent and they balanced the need to get people through my property while respecting that I was working from home through this entire period. We've been amazed at the success of our sale in unprecedented circumstances. This success is entirely due to Simon's efforts on our behalf. When we first met before the flat was formally on the market Simon was positive and took the time to provide thoughtful and helpful advice. Due to another unexpected sale we had to go on the market quickly - just as the lock-down started. Simon was not fazed by the events and brought his experience to bear to plan an innovative strategy with us. We had full confidence, but were prepared for the worst, as the lock-down kicked in.
