Lauren recommended a distinct approach of raising the quality of the property and investing in painting, new carpet, garden clean out etc. We went along with all these recommendations and were still able to keep these measures to below $10,000 - easily below the improved return on the property. She was 100 % correct. Lauren was superb throughout - regular updates, continuous contact and advice. Overall, a fabulous experience and all due to the great communication skills of Lauren

We had a challenging property to sell, which had been on market for almost a year. Adding to the challenge was that he had two separate sellers to negotiate with - I imagine this is not uncommon for separated couples, couples who disagree and deceased estates, but still does not make things any easier Anthony was patient with managing the conversations and sometimes differing price expectation, against the market conditions. He successfully moved the eventual potential buyers from their low initial bid (Sale, not Auction) - to an acceptable offer. He was responsive and available in his communications, both verbally and via whatsapp. So, overall a great experience. The only minor issues were around diligence by the Agency to make sure that the information in the on-line forms and documents were accurate - I had to call out inaccuracies several times.

My fiancee and I had been searching for properties for months when we first met Sam. She held a private inspection for us for a property that we did not end up purchasing, however even then, she was understanding, supportive, and still very professional in her role as an agent. When we finally found the property that we purchased, Sam went the extra mile and a half to ensure it was a positive experience for us. Everything from the phone calls to keep us informed, through to meeting us at 8am to put up our Sold sticker, Sam was happy to help us through the whole process with a massive smile on her face.
