Throughout months of working closely with Lauren she really did not miss a beat. Technical considered advice. Held her knowledge, experience and feel for market, our property, selling ability firmly which upon reflection now having sold property was important and beneficial. Lauren was available and responsive early morning to late at night always prompt and detailed. Overseas for our selling campaign, corresponding with my wife and I in different times zones and my step dad in Melbourne, talking on phone and in person with him. Lauren did not complain throughout our campaign noting we expected a lot from her, remaining patient and persistent addressing our requests. We needed a high level of service and result from Lauren, of which she delivered. Will contact Lauren for future property purchases, sales and for leasing recommendations. My partner and I were going through a long journey finding the right property for us, and for weeks and weeks we were doing inspections and almost all agents were having similar attitude, not caring to ask even our names, only the scripted "what's the best contact number?" as the first question. With Sam Wilson it was totally different; she got to know us to be able to talk about the benefits of that property/location would give us.
