Jacob went above and beyond. I'm currently located overseas which makes getting a house ready for sale very difficult. Jacob went around the house and provide all the items that would help get the house sold. Even organized quotes and followed up on the jobs to ensure they were done timely. During the campaign kept me informed and would provide summaries after each inspection. An absolute gun will sell my next house with him.
