Jacob was so easy to work with. From the very start he was knowledgeable and honest, and called things as he saw it. He provided suggestions on how to move furniture around to maximise the look of the space, he called me straight after each open to update me on all aspects of the open, was quick to get back to me if I had a question. He was respectful and was sure he understood things completely and made sure I was comfortable with his responses before going back to potential buyers. An incredibly patient man who was able to help me ride out the quiet patch in the market. He understood I was incredibly anxious about this process, and was able to support me through it! After I did my research online I contacted Josif Hatzinikolis from Gunn & Co as I felt he had the best knowledge of the area, throughout the campaign and finally the Auction Josif was the perfect fit for the selling of a 1929 era property in Spotswood that was in the family for 2 generations. Ultimately Josif was excellent, and if I ever have to sell another property I will be using Josif again. 10/10.

I recently purchased a new home in Williamstown from Glen Baird at Greg Hocking real estate, overall an absolute wonderful person to deal with. As the home was not yet completed and required ongoing interactions with the builder and tradesman, glen went way beyond the normal role of an agent to ensure this was maintained throughout the complete process, he was an absolute wealth of knowledge! Jacob was placed in a difficult situation with the sale of our apartment given the circumstances surrounding the property. He did however take this in his stride, professionally, and explored multiple strategies to gain market penetration, which ultimately ended up in the sale of the property. Hats off to Jacob for his persistence in what was a frustrating circumstance for a significant period of time. Jacob was always professional in his approach with us and prospective buyers, very particular with presentation of the property for every open, showed a high level of market knowledge and kept communication open with us throughout the process.
