We first came across John at an auction we were bidding on, watching him at work made my wife and I realise that when we were ready to sell John was our man. His knowledge of the area, experience and professionalism are second to none. Dealing with John on both sides of the fence we noticed a thorough fair and honest agent. Prior to our own sales campaign John was extremely patient with us and allowed us alot of time to get the house ready for sale, all of this with no commitment to using him (although it was always going to be the case of using John). We were always given honest advice even if it was not what we wanted to hear. I have no doubt in my mind that John's direction market strategy and dedication enabled us to achieve a record breaking result. Watching him on auction day is like a composer at work. Not only would I recommend John but look forward to having him sell properties for me in the future.

John came highly recommended by friends who had used his services twice, and were very pleased with his client service and results. It was an extremely stressful time made significantly easier with John and his assistant, Georgie's support and guidance and down to earth presence. I have heard repeatedly Real estate agents compared to Lawyers, but John had empathy for the situation, and worked as hard as he could to achieve the best outcome, in fact he broke into quite a sweat getting the best result for us..
