He set himself apart from most agents in a number of key areas: very approachable and friendly, he always remembered us and the properties we expressed interest in, took our feedback on board when assessing a property (didn't try to change our minds when the property obviously wasn't right for us), good level of communication (not too much or unnecessary). Although you knew he was working on behalf of the vendor there was never a 'hard sell'. This was the experience we wanted our potential buyers to have. As a vendor we found Kieran very professional. After viewing a number of agents in the area and selecting 2 and meeting with them, I found Kieran and his firm very cost effective but also open and plain speaking. Everything he told us was true and even the strategy that he laid out beforehand occurred exactly as he hoped.
