We both thought that you really put a lot of thought and effort into selling our house. We knew from the first time we met with you that you we’re the right agent for us. Your pitch covered all the aspects we were wanting to know in regards to advertising, marketing and selling the property. You did not try to lower our expectations for the price we wanted for our house (like a lot of agents try to do). In fact you gave us the confidence that we would get the price we had in mind. Your enthusiasm and efforts were exceptional. You even answered you phone after 6pm on a Friday night to answer questions we had! We had more than our fair share of obstacles along the way and we thought you did your best to rectify certain situations. On the day of the sale we knew exactly what to expect from your last meeting with us and we were more than happy with the result (especially when the reserve was hit in the first 4 bids!).
