Best agent helping you with 'heart'; her professional service goes up and beyond

Pam is surely one of the best agents I have even seen. Pam is not only professional with sound property market knowledge, but she is also very kind, helpful and friendly. She has been helping us with all her heart and great devotion. She went above and beyond than just 'good' customer service. She has done a lot of extra to get the task done e.g. extra research on property insights, comparison of ours vs others in the market, etc. She is so professional and gave us a lot of good advice on every single stage of our selling path. She gave us sufficient information and analysis to help make decision on every steps e.g. put up the right price, decisions on advertising, auction need, etc. Pam has also made effort to understand our needs and barriers, she was not pushy and very reasonable on all suggestions. Frankly, it was a tough selling process under current bad property market. But Pam has done a great job helping us to sell the house in time under the time constraint of our relocation to overseas and Christmas, etc. Words really can't express my thankfulness and appreciation to Pam's help and support along last few months selling path. She is surely highly recommended to anyone who wants to sell and buy their properties. It's too hard to get any agent better than Pam :)

Smooth and easy sale

This was my first time selling a property and Pam made the process exceptionally smooth and easy. Nothing was too much trouble and Pam guided me through the whole process, explaining the steps and advising me on the best presentation of our property. Pam's communication was brilliant, keeping me updated at every step. Our property sold within a week, which was a fantastic outcome.
