I went into this process with no idea of what to expect or how to go about getting the desired result. I felt Jon and the team provided great advise and feedback on what the buyers were looking for and what they saw in the property. they constantly remained in communication relaying open dates, numbers through, type of buyer and general market feel for the area. On the auction day, we had a great turn out due to the time and effort that Jon and team had put in over the month leading in. The austion was ran professionally with a result that I think satisfied both myself and the buyer. I would recommend Jon and the team, and use them again in the future .

Jon is always approachable and easy to interact with, more so than all the other agents I have come across. He listens well to your needs and gives open and honest advice whilst remaining extremely calm and professional. He was always proactive in his communication and genuinely pleased for me when I finally bought a place. There is nothing superficial about him -he's an all round genuine nice guy.

From the early meetings with Jon prior to signing him as our agent, Jon showed a good understanding of the market conditions and communicated clear pricing expectations for our area. Once signed, Jon made both myself and my wife feel comfortable throughout the process, walking us through the strategy each week as each open for inspection finished. The auction strategy was discussed and agreed and then led to a great result with our house selling at auction above the reserve.
