We were so impressed with the way that Jon handled the sale of our property - he was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and professional throughout but also a real pleasure to deal with. He took all the hassle out of getting the property ready for market by organising and managing the cleaning, painting, styling, etc to a very high standard in a very tight timeline. His advice on the best way to market the property was spot on and when the campaign kicked off his communication was excellent, giving us regular updates on how the inspections were progressing and insights on how he thought the auction would play out. I went into this process with no idea of what to expect or how to go about getting the desired result. I felt Jon and the team provided great advise and feedback on what the buyers were looking for and what they saw in the property. they constantly remained in communication relaying open dates, numbers through, type of buyer and general market feel for the area. On the auction day, we had a great turn out due to the time and effort that Jon and team had put in over the month leading in.
