I never do this sort of stuff but every now and then someone stands out and you have to acknowledge them. Luke has dealt with the sale of my father's property in Ettalong in such a professional manner it is hard to find praise enough. From the start he has been courteous and understanding but it is his understanding of the market and how to drive the best result for his client that has left me in awe, that such a young man can have developed such expertise while still remaining quite obviously humble.
