Wanting to move to the Blue Mountains, had looked at several properties with a variety of agents. With an array of experiences, that I am sure we have all had. By lucky accident I came across the most wonderful property, and of course John himself. John is a gentleman and straight down the line, explaining situations clearly, what is required, and very clear on outcomes. Cannot rate him highly enough, was an absolute pleasure working with him, and I would highly recommend his services be it for selling or buying a property in the Blue Mountains.

John sold our Leura property is exceptionally quick time, it was only in the market for a day. John found the perfect buyer and all the transactions were seamless and without issue. John got us a price we were very happy with (sometimes your first offer is the best). John followed up along the way to ensure that the selling experience was one without issue.

I found my experience working with John and his crew an excellent experience. They carried me in a way that was caring, very efficient, taking the time to understand and factor in my unique needs. Any anxiety, and there was plenty, was met with knowledge, skilled help in the way of addressing trustworthy information. But the most valuable thing was the timely way it was all handled, important in my circumstance. I felt there was support just behind me, not intrusive but ready to act. I really appreciate John Chapman and his agency for being honest and informative about the house I purchased , flexible with their time when I wanted to view the house at times at short notice , have extra information on the property on request that helped me make a decision .I did pay the market value for the property but there were no games of pretending invisible buyers were there to push me out of my price range . He is an honest agent and I recommend them as this industry is rife with dodgy agents . He will get you your price through honest tactics, not tricks so buyers like me feel safe . I run when I smell a rat ! I liked the agency so much I actually wanted to buy a property through this agency . It was the first time ever I wasn’t stressed through the whole experience
