I really appreciate John Chapman and his agency for being honest and informative about the house I purchased , flexible with their time when I wanted to view the house at times at short notice , have extra information on the property on request that helped me make a decision .I did pay the market value for the property but there were no games of pretending invisible buyers were there to push me out of my price range . He is an honest agent and I recommend them as this industry is rife with dodgy agents . He will get you your price through honest tactics, not tricks so buyers like me feel safe . I run when I smell a rat ! I liked the agency so much I actually wanted to buy a property through this agency . It was the first time ever I wasn’t stressed through the whole experience

He was quick to answer all our questions and concerns and went over and above to facilitate the negotiations which were complicated by our busy schedule and the nature of the property. He personally met with us on several occasions (a 2 hour round trip for him) to sort out some complex details. Importantly, John listens and acts with integrity.
