In a difficult high building cost, high interest rate environment we were able to sell our parcel of land through John’s unique marketing strategy. Holding “open for inspection” at site on Saturdays …. John and Rob followed up on all sale enquires promptly with fully researched answers to all potential buyers questions. I received progress reports on activity either in person, telephone or digital … John and Rob took and returned all my calls promptly with courtesy and professional honest advice ….and further advised us when and how to present our site and alter our sale strategy in this difficult environment for best effect .. this included having clearly defined boundaries, clean and tidy site and easy access to our bushland site. John’s presale advise and preparation is his strength one should take note, he includes an independent valuation by an experienced Valuer ( not an in-house appraisal ) of your property’s worth which helped us set a sale price.
