This review has been undertaken with the intention to portray our experience with all aspects associated with the pre-sale, sale and post-sale of our residence under the guidance and assistance of Julie Ormston. During these stages listed above we found that Julie listened and heard our wishes, requirements and aims and was always accommodating, obliging and sensitive to these. It also became clear that she had gained a wealth of knowledge in the real estate business and that it was at a very high level. During all stages Julie was tactful when offering experienced advice, and kept us informed, especially so when she believed we needed to hear something rather than what we might like to hear. This was always done with our best interests at heart. In addition, she put our mind at ease when events and matters varied from expectation and demonstrated that she was capable to adapt to changing circumstances while keeping us informed and providing clear reasons for any need for change. Julie also demonstrated during the sale process that she could read genuine buyers and even though it would be expected, she similarly treated and assisted them with the same high level of respect. In the latter stages it became evident that she also had a friendly, efficient and professional team working with her which provided help and assistance when needed. If any member of this team were not able to meet a commitment, then we were advised in a timely matter and given reasons as to why.
