We purchased our house from Julie and as buyers we were really impressed by the little things. The complimentary pizza’s on the night we moved in to save the stress of having to cook was an awesome touch. Eight and a bit years down the track it was time to move on. We were looking to buy in multiple suburbs in the meantime and we came across our fair share of greasy/slimy real estate agents, and didn’t want the employ that demeanour upon potential buyers. After a never ending tirade of flyers in the mailbox from other agents, we ventured back to Julie as we knew she treated her clients well and could see from the quick sales in the area that she knew the area well. She sat down truthfully explained the expected sales price in the area and didn’t try to give us an inflated price to get us to sell with her (this is a tactic some agents will use). Everything explained well and her team are always there to help with anything you need. A great business setup which is evidenced by her success in the area. Highly recommend. We will definitely be selling with her again (not just for the free pizza), as she treats her buyers and sellers really well. Highly recommended. Julie is worth every dollar.
