She made us feel like we’ve known her for a million years and I immediately knew I could trust her. Her knowledge on property and the current challenging market, her warmth and personal touch made the experience so much better! I began to loose hope on finding our dream home in Woodvale given the competitive market, but Julie never gave up on us and she cared! So we went to look at a house in Woodvale and it was nice but not EXACTLY what we wanted so while we were there we had a great chat with Julie, we explained to her down to every detail exactly what we were looking for, our budget, our minimum requirements and our renovation capabilities. Julie had a property near by that ticked every box that was not yet available on the market. Julie organized a private viewing upon which we put in an immediate offer, IT WAS PERFECT. From the start of the offer process all the way through to inspections and settlement her communications were exceptionally lovely, professional and informative. To keep it simple Julie was incredible! Next time we buy / sell or have another rental we are 100% going direct to Julie O. I could not highly recommend enough!!!
